Arizona Ball Charter Schools are planning to open a K-8 expansion charter school near Higley and Pecos Roads and are excited about giving parents in the Gilbert/Higley community a choice in their children’s education. The mission of Arizona Ball Charter Schools is to provide high quality education that emphasizes core academic excellence. This is delivered in a nurturing partnership, where parents, students and staff work together to form a successful educational program. Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, the Arizona Ball Charter Schools Board of Directors hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the Arizona Ball Charter Schools Board of Directors and any of its committees and sub-committees will be posted on the Board’s website at www.azballcharterschools.org. Notices will also be posted at Dobson Academy, 2207 North Dobson Road, Chandler, Arizona 85224 in a locked display case located on the outside wall of the main entrance to Dobson Academy; and the front entrance door window to the main office at Hearn Academy 17606 North 7th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85023. A ‘hard’ copy is also maintained in the front office at both schools.
The school locations are opened to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. except legal holidays. Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the agenda for the meeting.
